When purchasing shoes from another online store, use YOUR name along with the Custom Cleats facility address. This is very important because our production team uses your name to match the shoes with your Custom Cleats order. Use this format:
our shipping facility depends on the state where you live. If you live in: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming send your shoes to our Arizona facility: Custom Cleats (YOUR NAME) 2753 East Broadway Rd Suite 101-603 Mesa, AZ 85204
If you live in any other state, send your shoes to our New York facility: Custom Cleats (YOUR NAME) 1069 Main St., Suite #146 Holbrook, NY 11741
Please do not forget to include your name after “Custom Cleats” on the shipping label. Example: Custom Cleats (John Smith) When we receive the shoes with your name on the box, our production team can connect the shoes to your order and begin the conversion process.
Once your sneakers arrive at our conversion facility, our production team will:
Match the shoes to your Custom Cleats order
Begin the cleat conversion process
Ship the converted cleats back to the shipping address entered on your Custom Cleats order
