Any sneaker. Any cleat. Your game, your way.
For nearly 20 years, Custom Cleats has pioneered a proprietary method of converting any sneaker into any cleat — letting athletes express themselves through their footwear while they compete. But clients don't come to us for style alone. Because we start with the shoe you choose — the one that already fits your foot, your stride, and your comfort — our conversions deliver better fit, comfort, and on-field performance than mass-produced, store-bought cleats. We've transformed thousands of sneakers into high-performance cleats for baseball, football, golf, softball, lacrosse, and soccer.
Today, hundreds of professional athletes trust Custom Cleats with their conversions. But we take the same pride in every pair — whether it's for a big leaguer, a Saturday golfer, or a little league slugger.
Our work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Yahoo, Sole Collector, Sneaker Reporter, Canada's Sportsnet, and MLB Network's Intentional Talk.
Custom Cleats is owned by former MLB pitcher Jeremy Guthrie — one of the original "sneakerheads" among professional athletes. During his decade-long career with the Kansas City Royals and Baltimore Orioles, Jeremy started Games 3 and 7 of the 2014 World Series, won a World Series ring in 2015, pitched for Team USA in the 2009 World Baseball Classic, and still holds the Royals' record for consecutive starts without a loss (18).
He was also known as much for his "shoe game" as his pitching — helping merge sport and sneaker culture, with his legendary collection featured in the documentary Sneakerheadz at SXSW.
"Sneakers have always been part of who I am and how I express myself. The beauty of Custom Cleats is that we let athletes do that while they're actually competing — from Friday night lights and Saturday little league to the Super Bowl, the World Series, and the Masters. I love helping athletes of every age and level compete in style."
