Yes. Please complete your purchase onCustomCleats.comfirst. After your order is placed, you can purchase your shoes from the online store and ship them directly to the correct Custom Cleats facility.
When purchasing shoes from another online store, use YOUR name along with the Custom Cleats facility address. This is very important because our production team uses your name to match the shoes with your Custom Cleats order. Use this format:
our shipping facility depends on the state where you live. If you live in: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming send your shoes to our Arizona facility: Custom Cleats (YOUR NAME) 2753 East Broadway Rd Suite 101-603 Mesa, AZ 85204
If you live in any other state, send your shoes to our New York facility: Custom Cleats (YOUR NAME) 1069 Main St., Suite #146 Holbrook, NY 11741
Please do not forget to include your name after “Custom Cleats” on the shipping label. Example: Custom Cleats (John Smith) When we receive the shoes with your name on the box, our production team can connect the shoes to your order and begin the conversion process.
Once your sneakers arrive at our conversion facility, our production team will:
Match the shoes to your Custom Cleats order
Begin the cleat conversion process
Ship the converted cleats back to the shipping address entered on your Custom Cleats order
If your name is not included on the shipping label, it may be difficult for our team to match the shoes with your order. This can cause delays in the conversion process. Please always use: Custom Cleats (YOUR NAME)

‘Base & Touch Pedals’
Carrying on with our features spotlight series, we’re now looking into the base of the chair.
This is in the Box 1 that you will receive. In the base is basically where the magic happens. The base will have a box that connects the wires to the PC, as well as the motors and tons of intricate and tiny little wires. In the stem of the chair is the cable magazine, check out our blog on that here.
Setting up the base is relatively straightforward, each cable for the headset/power etc has its own spot, but if you’ve recently got your Roto and need a little more help with the base, you can see the setup instructions here.
Along with the base, we have the touch pedals. Our wonderful dev is working on a way to be able to integrate these in games but trust us when we say that running while seated is a super interesting and fun sensation.
We hope this has helped, however as always if you have any questions relating to the Roto VR chair, please contact us on customersupport@rotovr.com and we will be more than happy to help.
